Hello everyone,

I have been working as a tour guide for 15 years and I want to share my experiences about my beloved country : Turkey !
As being guide , I have traveled to each point of Turkey and still discovering my country.
When people make a trip to Turkey,they visit the most popular places such as ; Cappadocia , Istanbul , Ephesus..What about a village on the way to Bodrum? Or an ancient site in the middle of olive trees forest? Take a sit at a local coffee house in a village and have a glimpse to Turkish newspapers.Try to understand what people talk about. Because location of the country has been  a crossroad of civilizations,Turkey is one of the most historical place in the world.From Hittites to Ottomans , great empires settled and they did contrubition to culture of Turkey.Think it like a making mosaic! Each civilization put their own colorful stone to make a picture of land of Turkey,thats also called Anatolia,in Turkish we call Anadolu.

I am sure that so far you already ask yourself or your guide when touring in ancient city '' How ancient people could lift such a big stones?''After you google or ask your guide you got it.!
